Beautiful Socotri children

Day 8, Yemen, Socotra Island, Dicksam Plateau
On the way to the South I stopped in a valley in the middle of the mountains. There is a small river, which looks like a swimming pool. A lot of curios children observe me, when I am taking my bath. Children in the mountain regions of this Island work a lot at home. Boys usually take care about their goats. Girls help their mothers in doing the garden and the household. In Socotra only a few families have a car, so you have to achieve long distances by foot. Sometimes I have the impression that they live in a similar way to African people. It's interesting for my eyes. It's an enrichment for my soul.
Yesterday I took a bath in the Arabian Sea, now I am in the South taking a bath in the Indian Pacific.
