View on the corniche

Day 35, Oman, Muscat

Muscat is a big town, lying at the sea in the middle of small mountains. While you are in town you don't feel to be in a big town as every zone is divided by the mountains. So, the city has an immense extension. The corniche of Mutrah is really nice, here you can find Muscat's fish market, an important Souq and it lies next to Old Muscat, where the Sultan lives. Sultan Qaboos has the absolute power since the creation of Oman and changed a lot in the way of life of Omani people. People love him, you can find him everywhere on big prints. About my Indian Visa: The only solution was to postpone my next flight, to be able to get the Visa on Saturday. I hope that it will work.
