Incredible roads

Day 65, Laos, Luang Prabang

350 kilometers with the bus where equally to 10 hours travel time. Half of the way was not paved. The bus was very old and half broken, but I am still living. To be honest it wasn't that sad. The highlight was that we stopped all two hours in remote areas where they cooked strange food. I was able to finish my book on the bus ride and didn't vomit during all the travel. This is my second travel where other passengers have to vomit during the journey. Tomorrow I will not move from Luang Prabang. I saw for the first time of my life the Mekong river. Especially during the sunset it was beautiful.
