Yes, it is still raining. I have a poncho and do it like local people. Close your eyes and drive with your fancy Poncho. As the roads are not really good and everybody is driving like it would be his last day of life, you should pay a little bit of attention, in order to survive the day. Hue is a really nice small town. The sightseeing is not really spectacular but it is liveable.
