The proud of indipendency and communism

Day 79, Vietnam, Hanoi

Vietnamese people are very proud over their country. The Vietnamese flag can be seen at every corner of the country. When you visit important sites, you will always find a lot of Vietnamese tourists. The history of this country has a strong impact on today's identity towards their homecountry. On the picture you can see the rests of a B-52 bomber, which was shot down by Vietnamese soldiers. Uncle Ho has a museum in every town of Vietnam and his statue can be admired at every important place of the country. In Hanoi I even found a statue of Stalin. Tonight my evening will start with Bia Hoi. Fresh brewed beer that can be found in some locals around town. The beer has to be drunk on the same day of the brewing. Let me do that!
