Being part of a herd

Day 246, Botswana, Okavango Delta

Today we wake up before the sunrise and have a long walk with our guide. The walk is nice and we have to follow the strict instructions given by our guide. I feel to be part of the animals and its funny to observe how giraffes, gnus, zebras, impalas and other animals react as soon as they recognize our presence. Our guide is very good in explaining us the behaviors of the animals, but quite strange especially at the campsite. He expects to get invited for everything we cook and uses constantly all our spices and cooking ingredients. Maybe it is an african way of camping.
