That's a large one!

Day 253, Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls

It is a costly and big nerve-exhausting mess to get with a foreign rental car into Zimbabwe. However once arrived at the largest waterfalls of Africa I am amazed of what my eyes are capturing. It is loud and wet and you will constantly find a rainbow or two. On the way back our car is checked by the animal disease checkpoint and the officer wants to take all our fresh fruits and 7 kgs of meat that we just bought yesterday away, as we are coming from Zimbabwe. I explain that we bought everything yesterday in Botswana and that all the meat is sealed but the officer insists on the fact that now we are arriving from Zimbabwe. The only solution would be to cook it here. So, we decide to take out our grill and cook all our meat at the border post. The officer can't believe to her eyes and decides to leave, while 3 other officers observe us with amusement. In the end they treat us as heros and allow us to carry all our meat and our fruits with us. Won!
