Nowhere is everywhere

Day 333, Argentina, Iruya

I start in the morning with a half-day walk that goes through a spectacular nature.the valleys, the mountains, the cactus, the desert. After the walk I decide to visit a small community based in the middle of nothing. In the heart of the Andes. From the main street I take an unpaved road for 54 km. the road passes above 4'000 meters of altitude and ends at the small village of Iruya. How different life can be on this planet. How amazing sceneries are around Iruya. People live here very basic and I support them by spending the night in the house of a local family.
