Day 106, Thailand, Bangkok
The time has come to say goodbye to the four Southeast Asian countries I have visited. It was a really good time. Today I enjoy the daily life of Bangkok. At every corner of the town there are vendors of food and all kind of stuff. Even in front of big shopping malls you will find street vendors selling clothes. Bangkok is a crazy town with a strong identity. This type of towns are interesting for me. Tonight I go to watch a Muay Thai competition in the boxing stadium. I arrive there and decide to buy the cheapest ticket category. I am where all Thai people stand, on the cheap standing places. Muay Thai is not only an important sport for Thailand but they use it also for gambling. As soon as they start to gamble directly in the stadium and during the fights, the whole atmosphere becomes hot, very hot. They start to cry and comment every punch in order to push their boxer and maybe also influence the judges. It is a good choice to come here for my last night in Southeast Asia. Looking forward for India.
