Repressive politics that give strict limits to Cubans about which information they can get or how freely they can move or how much they can interact with tourists. On the other hand one of the best educated population worldwide with many free-of-charge services in their daily life and a big aperture to tourists. I can't really understand the contradiction of the politics right now.
