Day 26, Oman, Bat
Bat has a UNESCO Site. On the top of small hills you can find tombs made by stones. These Tombs are from 2`000 - 3`000 BC. However the site was not very spectacular for me. You can find some 200 tombs on the hills. People wanted to put the body of the dead on the top to reach the eternal life. The route from the coast to the mountains is scenic. Colors are brown and there is little vegetation. I met some wild camels during the drive. There are lot of Wadis filled with water and palms. People use them to do some picnics.
