The desert meets the sea

Day 31, Oman, Sharqiya Sands
Today I took a scenic drive towards the south, where the desert meets the sea. You pass several fishermen villages and small bedouin villages on the road. Also some wild camels are eating and watching along the road. There are nearly no cars driving on this road. Let me continue with the funny guys. In Socotra I met a fishermen which I called the DJ. With his old mobile phone he put some music and started to dance. I learned to dance some traditional Yemeni dances with him. We had a lot of fun. He was as all other people in Socotra really wild. Then, there was a bedouin in Homhill. He thought I would be a bedouin too and didn`t accept that I wasn`t able to speak Arabic. When he took his phone to do some calls he was really shouting on the phone. Maybe he doesn`t know that the others are able to hear you even if you don`t shout on the phone. Then the bedouin with the camel. He wasn`t able to speak english but loved to repeat the words he heard. During the evening he was walking around and saying "Good morning, good morning" even when he was behind the bushes to look for his camel and heard some english words you heard his voice repeating nonsense words. Then there was a guide I had in Socotra. He wasn`t able to understand any question and had no clue about anything. He always looked at you and said "What?" or "He?!" also his manners where not the best ones. He didn`t clean anything and put the things as forks or plates everywhere (even on the shit of the goat).
